Mandarin is a delicate fruit with a delicate flavour. Mandarin segments are taken and broken up so that some of the cells rupture and release their juice , with others remaining intact.

Raspberry
Tart and tangy, this yogurt brings out the sharp, fresh taste of raspberries. Made in Yorkshire from all British milk and real fruit.

Strawberry
Strawberry is a real challenge and even after forty years, this is still a work in progress. After trying a host of varieties, we now use Senga Sengana ; known for body and flavour. The result isn't sunset-red, but the taste is a delight.

Vanilla
A real favourite, this vanilla yogurt is creamier and sweeter than some of the fruit flavours. A delicious treat all on its own, or dolloped on top of a hot fruit compote.

Double cream is very rich with a fat content of 48%. It's high fat content makes it the most versatile cream because it will withstand boiling and whips and freezes well.

Jersey Double Cream
This fresh Double Cream, made from World renowned Jersey Milk is all about indulgence. Rich, thick and intensely creamy it will whip up into soft peaks or pour thickly as needed.

Jersey Single Cream

Single Cream

Buttermilk
Buttermilk is a bi-product of butter. When we churn up our Jersey cream, the fat begins to form into butter and a liquid is squeezed out. This liquid is then fermented to make buttermilk. Whereas butter is very rich and creamy, buttermilk is low in fat and high in protein, meaning it is very popular with those interested in fitness.

Cottage Cheese
Cottage cheese is a fresh cheese curd product with a mild flavor. It is made by draining the cheese, as opposed to pressing it - retaining some of the whey, keeping the curds loose.
