We have been notified by Curlew Dairy that the famous “Old Roan Wensleydale” will now be called “Yoredale” and although it is still made using cow’s raw milk, it will be made using vegetarian rennet instead! Be reassured that these changes won’t affect the quality of this amazing cheese! these changes will be gradually implemented.
