The Vintage Red Fox cheese is an aged Red Leicester that follows a unique recipe refined over many years. With the combination of selected cultures and the expertise of our cheese-makers, it delivers a rich and intricate fusion of sweet and savoury flavours.
This artisanal cheese, with its russet hue, surprises with a subtle crunch that stems from the natural calcium lactate crystals that develop during maturation. Aged for approximately 18 months, it boasts a deeper, more robust taste profile.
Recipient of the Gold Award at the World Cheese Awards 2022 and Silver Awards at both the International Cheese & Dairy Awards 2023 and the Great Yorkshire Show 2023.
