Sheeps Animal Unpasteurised
This beautiful cheese is produced by the Fletcher family at Ram Hall Farm, near Berkswell, West Midlands.It is made from.Unpasteurised sheep’s milk is used while preparing this cheese with a traditional method. The moulds of cheeses are left in plastic kitchen colanders which give the cheese its typical shape. Berkswell cheese is left for maturation at least for 6 months. Complimented by a Sauvignon blanc, this cheese will be the centre piece of any cheeseboard!
