Black Cracked Pepper – 250g
Black Pepper is one of the world’s most popular spices, its robust piquant flavour and aroma will provide a big lift to any meal. After drying in the sun for several days the fruit shrinks and develops a wrinkled black outer layer to become the black peppercorn, then the peppercorn can be milled to the required size, e.g. cracked, coarse, fine.
