North Doddington Farm, located in the picturesque Glendale Valley. From this charming family farm surrounded by the enchanting ‘Dark Skies’ countryside, they handcraft their Darling Blue, a wonderfully mellow buttery blue cheese with notes of a savoury saltiness reminiscent of Graces home by the sea. Named after the world famous heroine from the Farne Islands, Doddington Dairy’s Darling Blue is made from their pasteurised cow’s milk and traditional rennet. It has a natural rind and comes in 1.8kg – 2.2kg wheel truckles and is aged for around 2 months.
