Made by Claire Burt in Cheshire, Drunken Burt is a washed rind with local cider (called Drunken Burt!!) that gives a smoky flavour. Has it start to be a blue cheese without any piercing!! It does give a saltiness from that connection but keep a more subtle and milder flavour.
