The traditional boudin blanc recipe originates from the small town of Rethel in Champagne Ardenne.The meat used to prepare this authentic and rich boudin blanc is made using finely minced pork meat and blended with bread, ceram and seasoning with the subtle addition of Mushroom. Traditionally enjoyed in France for Christmas, it is in our day eaten all year round!
