This cheese makes an ideal gift for aviation enthusiasts and is close to our hearts, as it’s near our farm. We are passionate about backing family-led initiatives, like the one started by brothers Fred and Harold in tribute to their brother Christopher, who perished in a Halifax Bomber over Germany. Proceeds from the Just Jane collection contribute to the revival of the Lancaster Bomber named ‘Jane’.
