The Mimolette Cheese Aged 24 Months looks like a cantaloupe inside and out with its round ball shape and deep orange colour. The texture is close to an aged Parmesan, with flavours of old cheddar. A very special—and these days—rare cheese, first made during the time of Napoleon.
