Made by Jamie Montgomery & Wayne Mitchell of Montgomery cheese making family. This raw jersey milk cheese is washed in special brine every three days giving a slightly pungent sticky rind. Considered by many as British version of the Raclette cheese!! With its pink and white marbled colour, this creamy cheddar is laced with a mix of port wine and brandy. This delightful combination give a delicious flavour to this semi hard cheese.
