The P’tit Basque d’Istara is a cheese with a very fine taste and delicate character. This cheese is made in the small village of Larceveau, where our cheese factory is located in the heart of the Basque Country. It is made with whole ewe’s milk that is collected and selected with care. The unique, ridged rind is a characteristic of the wicker moulds of yesteryear. The practical, resealable tray allows for the best preservation of the product’s flavors once it has been opened.
