Another fabulous goat cheese made by our good friend Iona Hill at the Ribblesdale Cheese Company, a continental goat gouda style cheese that she has been producing since 2012. Superior Goat is Iona’s best selling cheese and comes hand waxed in a striking light green colour, it is creamy and smooth with a very fresh clean taste.
