Elmhirst, named in honour of the family that greatly influenced the region, embodies luxurious dairy craftsmanship. Comparable to a Vignotte, this cheese incorporates double cream into our Jersey milk, resulting in a mould-ripened triple cream delight. When young (2-3 weeks old), it offers a rich, mousse-like texture, evolving into a sumptuous, full-flavoured, and velvety indulgence as it matures (4-6 weeks)
