Sharpham Rustic Chive & Garlic is a unique and flavourful semi-hard cheese. Made with pasteurised cow’s milk, it is infused with a delicious blend of chives and garlic. The curd and herb mixture is carefully packed into moulds to create its distinctive rustic shape. After draining for 48 hours, the cheese is brined and left to mature, resulting in a natural white bloomy rind and a golden yellow centre with hints of green throughout. Sharpham Rustic Chive & Garlic has a fresh, rich, and crumbly texture, while the addition of chives and garlic adds a savoury and delightful taste.
