They are at the forefront of the British charcuterie movement. Their artisanal processes have been honed over years, resulting in consistently outstanding British charcuterie. The real Cure Dorset Bresaola is a true delicacy made from grass-fed British beef that has been carefully cured with a blend of herbs and washed in red wine. After a minimum of 3 months of air drying, the result is a product of exceptional depth and flavour. Perfect for a charcuterie board or enjoyed with rocket and parmesan, this bresaola has been recognized with a 2 Star Great Taste Award. Judges of the Great Taste Awards described our bresaola as having a calm, full, and complex aroma that entices you to taste it.
