A first for the English market. This Ewe-mi, Grilling Pecorino is ideal for grilling or on the BBQ on a lovely summers evening. Slightly less salty than other squeaky cheeses but really must be tried to be fully appreciated. We love to use this in salads, drizzled with honey or enjoyed as a meat free burger. This is the only vegetarian cheese the dairy produce.
