TITLE:

All rights of ownership and to possession of the goods supplied shall remain in and belong to Fine Cheeses ltd until full payment has been received for the goods. In the event of non-payment, the goods will be held by the buyer as bailee and agent for Fine Cheeses ltd until payment in full has been made. In the event of sale of the goods prior to payment of the price in full, the buyer shall hold the proceeds of the sale as an agent of Fine Cheeses ltd until payment in full has been made.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

By placing an order with Fine Cheeses ltd, you are providing personal/Business details. It is your responsibility to ensure that they are correct at the time of your order (such as payment details, delivery address…) We will not be liable for any lose or damaged goods as a result of any inaccurate information. You are also responsible to ensure the confidentiality of your full details and prevent unauthorised access to your account. If you suspect any misuse of your account by someone else, please inform us immediately.

PRICING:

All prices on the site exclude VAT (if applicable) but will be added at the current rate to your final invoice. These prices do not include delivery charge unless your order the current Minimum Order Value to qualify for the free of charge delivery.

All quotations given by the company are subject to market fluctuations, however, the buyer will receive notification on any price change by the mean of email and letter. In occasion, we may receive price increase from our suppliers/producers with immediate effect. In this case, we won’t have any other choice than to adjust our price accordingly without notice. In this case, we will strive to make you aware of the situation at the time of your order being placed.

Although we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur whilst the price on your invoice will be correct. If you do notice any price difference on your final invoice to the agreed price, please contact our telesales team on 01977 703061 and will credit you for the difference and adjust our system to the correct price.

CANCELLATION:

Once your order placed online, emailed or placed directly with your telesales team, your order (if expected to be delivered within 24hrs) will be processed and despatched rapidly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact immediately our telesales team on 01977 703061 between 09:00 and 14:00, Monday to Thursday.
As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to return your order.

PAYMENT:

All payment must be made prior to the despatch of your order “unless agreed differently by our account department”. As most of our product’s price will vary by their weight, we can only issue your final invoice once your order is ready for despatch. It is in your responsibility to ensure that full payment of the invoice is settle prior to the despatch of your order as we may cancel your order otherwise.

Once your final invoice is issues, you will have the choice to pay over the phone to our account department by calling 01977 703061(EXT 2) or directly by bank transfer to: Barclays 20-76-92 60229253 You will be able to find you invoice on your account and pay by clicking the link provided.

Although most products on the website are stocked at all the time, some products are available subject to availability and seasonality. In this instance, we will make every effort to inform you and suggest a substitute product.
