Non-credit accounts Customers – All payment must be made prior to the despatch of your order “unless agreed differently by our account department”. As most of our product’s price will vary by their weight, we can only issue your final invoice once your order is ready for despatch. It is in your responsibility to ensure that full payment of the invoice is settled prior to the despatch of your order as we may cancel your order otherwise.

Once your final invoice is issued, you will have the choice to pay over the phone to our account department by calling 01977 703061(EXT 2) or directly by bank transfer to: Barclays 20-76-92  60229253 (Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque anymore)

Credit Account Customers – Our account department will send your statements the week after your delivery. It is your duty to make sure the statements and invoices are given to those responsible for paying your account. If you need a copy of an invoice, please contact us right away. Payment must be made in full within 28 days of the date stated on the invoice. Failure to follow our payment terms will lead to the termination of your credit account. However, once the debt is settled and payment is received in full, we may consider resuming trading on a “non-credit account” basis. Your account will only be activated once all necessary checks and forms are returned and approved. A credit limit will then be assigned to you. If your credit limit is reached, you will be required to pay under “non-credit account” conditions for any deliveries until your balance is completely paid off.
