Made using the former world’s hottest chilli, the Bhut Jolokia (Ghost pepper). It has great flavour enhancing qualities and a slow but potent deep cooked out heat.

Made from the current ‘World’s Hottest Chilli’, the Carolina Reaper, which has been measured at up to a massive 2.4million SHU. The Reaper delivers a lovely fruity flavour very close to a Scotch Bonnet followed by a long and slow but very powerful heat…divine!! One for the serious chilli-head.

Scotch Bonnet
A gorgeous fresh fruity Habanero flavour with a lovely deep cooked out heat. Fantastic with all things tomato based.
