The Dorset Nduja is a 2 Star Great Taste Award winner made from free-range British pork and hot Calabrian chillies. It’s a smoky, spicy, spreadable salami that adds depth of flavour and heat to dishes like pasta, sauces, pizza, or simply enjoyed spread on sourdough toast.
